These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mero Nepal app and its services, including our newly introduced Jyotish appointment feature. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
Mero Nepal provides users with access to various features, including:
- Access to general information
- Jyotish (astrological) appointment booking and consultation
The Jyotish appointment service includes scheduled one-on-one consultations with qualified astrologers (“Jyotish experts”). The service may include astrological guidance based on your birth details and responses during the session.
Important: This service does not guarantee specific life outcomes, nor is it a replacement for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a Jyotish appointment or make a payment through the app. By using these features, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Payments and Pricing
- All services must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and other payment methods as made available via our third-party payment processor (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or similar).
- We do not store your card or payment credentials.
Refund Policy
- All Jyotish appointments are non-refundable, except in the case of:
- A confirmed system error or double booking
- Unavailability of the Jyotish expert without rescheduling options
- A confirmed system error or double booking
Refund requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
4. Appointment Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation
- User Cancellations:
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via the app or by contacting support.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

- Expert Cancellations:
- If a Jyotish expert cancels, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
- No-Shows:
- Users who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
5. User Conduct
You agree to:
- Treat Jyotish experts and support staff with respect
- Not misuse, harass, or behave inappropriately during consultations
- Do not attempt to record or distribute the session without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if these conditions are violated.
6. Disclaimers
All Jyotish consultations are offered for guidance or entertainment purposes only.
They are not a substitute for:
- Professional medical advice
- Legal counsel
- Financial planning
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of any astrological advice given.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mero Nepal and its affiliates will not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses related to personal decisions made based on Jyotish advice
- Technical issues, appointment delays, or cancellations beyond our control
Your use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app, and where appropriate, we may notify users via email or app notifications.
Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
